Who We Are and What We Do

Founded in 2003, E & E Settlement Services is a family and locally owned title services company in Pocono Summit, PA.

The main thing that separates us from other title companies is that we make sure that we not only treat you like family while we work together, but you become extended family even after closing. We are always here to serve you and help with anything you need.

We service both the buyers and sellers in a transaction, always focusing on personalized communication and making sure you stay informed throughout the entire transaction. We take pride in making sure we're always available to answer your questions.

Our staff is professional, courteous, and friendly. We also make sure to remain hands-on during the entire process to ensure that we make your buying and selling experience the best it can be. For your convenience, we also have closers who speak Spanish, and we can arrange after-hours, Saturday, or digital closings.
